POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

ORDERING GUIDELINES 

1. Product orders will generally be processed within two to five (2-5) business days.

2. In order to comply with US tax laws, we are obligated to collect sales tax on online orders with a billing address in the state of California. Any additional taxes or Customs fees that are assessed by local agencies are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. Items shipped to international addresses can take a minimum of 20 ± business days to arrive. We are unable to provide tracking information for international orders unless you choose a trackable shipping method for your order. Credit and/or reship requests for items not delivered will not be processed or considered anytime prior to 90 days from the original order date.

4. If an item is out-of-stock during processing the item will be placed in “Backorder” status and shipped to you when available.

5. Upon receipt of a product shipment, you should immediately inspect shipments to determine whether orders are complete.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for Product that is in Resalable Condition. Note: If there is no product left to return, we will consider the product consumed and will not issue a refund. Partial packs will be accepted.

1. Purchaser must notify customer service if dissatisfied within 30 days of purchase date to obtain return instructions and Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Call Customer Service at 951-243-3837, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST. The return address is 11751 Davis Street, Moreno Valley, CA 92557.

2. Once we receive the return, we will refund the selling price of the product and applicable sales tax only. We will not refund the cost incurred for you to return the product to us, unless the return is due to our error. Since orders are processed in US dollars, refunds will be issued in US dollars as well. Refunds or additional charges caused by exchange will be processed to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
